Our guarantee

We want you to feel good about your purchase. If a Doctor Paws digital guide or the All-Access Pass isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no hard feelings.

How to request a refund

• Email the address on your receipt (or our contact address) from the email you purchased with.
• Include your order/receipt number.
• Refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Digital products

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, access may be revoked when a refund is issued.
